India Lockdown Story
The tragic thriller Bollywood film Indian Lockdown was helmed by Madhur Bhandarkar. Along with Shweta Basu Prasad, Prakash Belawadi, Aahana Kumra, Zarin Shihab, and many others playing supporting roles, the film stars Prateik Babbar and Sai Tamhankar in the key roles. The cinematography was done by Keiko Nakahara and Palash Das. Jayantilal Gada, Madhur Bhandarkar, and Renu Bhandarkar are responsible for producing the movie under the banner of P J Motions Pictures and Pen Studios.
Indian Lockdown portrays the history of the declaration of the first shutdown in India due to COVID-19. It demonstrates how the lockdown has affected people’s life through footage gathered from across the country. As the lockdown is announced, Shweta Basu is playing a sex worker who questions the usefulness of COVID-19.

On December 2, 2022, Indian Lockdown will release on the online streaming service Zee 5.
